Business Development Manager - Security

Reporting to: Global Business Development Manager

Location: Paris, France; Moscow, Russia; Dubai, UAE; Munich, Germany; London, UK

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sales leads and prospects.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through developing business with Existing customers and New Customers.
  • Understand and appreciate market trends, competitive landscape and industry developments in the security sector
  • Implement go-to-market strategy to increase revenue and grow local market share
  • Generate business opportunities by working with Customers and Channel partners to discover and explore opportunities.
  • Create proposals/RFP responses, and conduct presentations.
  • Coordinate requirements for proofs of concept (POCs) with Product Management and Pre-Sales team

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business
  • At least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Sales and/or business development with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in security
  • Account planning and execution and ability to network with all levels in an organization
  • Should have experience in doing presentations, demonstrations, conducting evaluations, preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, Tenders, etc.

IoT Business Development Manager

Reporting to: Global Business Development Manager

Location: Paris, France; Moscow, Russia; Dubai, UAE; Munich, Germany; London, UK

Responsibilities:

  • Working with companies to implement new business initiatives to drive strategic revenue in the IoT space.
  • Manage a small base of customers that they sell, mainly marketing our client IoT services to new customers.
  • Responsible for opportunity and account planning to identify new opportunities, managing their sales funnel, accurately forecasting their business, and closing new business.
  • Collaborate with customer executives, strategic partners, and internal resources to develop IoT solutions that can be marketed to companies that are involved in the expanding IoT market.
  • Create demand, build qualified opportunity pipeline, forecast and close business as per the assigned territory go-to-market plan

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Five years of business to business sales experience with high tech sales.
  • Technologically proficient in IoT related Industry.
  • Demonstrated success of meeting and exceeded sales targets and sales leadership.
  • Solid business acumen
  • Solid presentation skills.
  • Strong executive presence.
  • Five years' experience with negotiating and closing large multiyear complex deals.
     

Strategic Alliances - Emerging Business, Senior Manager 

Reporting to: Global Business Development Manager

Location: Paris, France; Moscow, Russia; Dubai, UAE; Munich, Germany; London, UK

Responsibilities:

  • Find, foster, and develop strategic relationships w/ partners both on supply and go to market to support emerging market businesses – currently focused on IoT, AR/VR, OEM, and Vertical Solutions.
  • Drive global growth of our client business through pricing, marketing, and product development efforts with our strategic partners.
  • Expand partner engagement to leverage new sources of partner expertise and resource.
  • Manage joint strategic initiatives in business and product development.
  • Develop, negotiate, and close strategic agreements with partners
  • Negotiate, track, and manage execution of joint marketing, sales, and development programs.
  • Work with senior leadership teams to maximize vendor investment and our vendors preference in partner strategy.
  • Work with emerging business owners to execute alliance initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working with technology partners
  • Possess one of the following preferred qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree
  • MBA is highly preferred.
  • Best practice knowledge for alliance/partner management
  • 5+ years working with partnership programs that drive significant growth and revenue collaborative personality; comfortable working across many functions and teams
  • Self-starter, with proven professional success, who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Proficient business case and financial modeling skills
  • Expertise in contract/deal management with 50,000+ employees and $43B in global sales in 160 countries
